La NAACP appelle à la fin de la guerre aux drogues
La NAACP a adopté mardi ce qu’elle appelle une résolution «historique» appelant à la fin de la guerre aux drogues.
Cette résolution intervient au moment où certains dirigeants du monde sont entrain de prendre un regard critique sur les 40 ans guerre aux drogues, ainsi que l’arrivée de nouvelles données montrant que se creusent les inégalités raciales aux USA.

ENCOD ASKS EUROPEAN UNION FOR A TRUE DIALOGUE ON DRUGS
In this letter written to the European Parliament in september 2005, Encod encouraged the EP to make a start with the organisation of a true dialogue between citizens and authorities on drug policy in the EU.
