Het internationale politieke getij oogt zeldzaam gunstig voor een ander cannabisbeleid, zei Tom Decorte onlangs op deze plek. Dat in Nederland regulering van de wietteelt in bijvoorbeeld cannabis social clubs nog altijd wordt tegengehouden, is puur politieke onwil.

El Ayuntamiento de Barcelona ha prohibido por un año que se puedan abrir nuevos clubes de cannabis para elaborar una regulación que frene su proliferación en la ciudad, en la que actúan 160 asociaciones de suministro y consumo de marihuana.
