MANIFESTE POUR DES POLITIQUES DES DROGUES SAINES ET SÛRES DANS L’UNION EUROPÉENNE
Le 6 décembre 2013 se sont réunis des activistes venus de toute l’Europe qui luttent pour la réforme de la politique des drogues afin d’adopter un manifeste pour des politiques sûres et saines des drogues. Ce manifeste est constitué de 10 recommandations au Conseil Européen, élaborées par le Parlement Européen en 2004. Elles n’ont jamais été appliquées. Encod a sollicité les candidats aux élections du Parlement Européen, qui avaient lieu du 22 au 25 mai 2014, pour qu’ils signent ce manifeste et déclarent leur soutien à ces recommandations.
