My understanding is that a few days after the NCI posted this, the Govt. had them bring it down…or rather the FDA and the DEA…this info was removed. I wrote to the NCI and was informed that FDA didn’t approve cannabis; therefore, the info had to be removed. Please research further as well.

You are correct, Cheryl. And if you had read the article thoroughly, you would have realized that Dr Melamede had mentioned the fact that the site was altered a few days later. The point is that the NCI does it’s own research, and had posted this before running it by the DEA or FDA. I’m just glad that it was discovered before it was changed. I just wonder if anyone has a screenshot of the site before it was changed?

What I’ve observed and read and believe to be true is that since marijuana/cannabis/cannabinoids are in Federal Schedule I it is against the law for a Federal Employee to do/say anything that shows a Federal Schedule I Drug in a Positive light, why the U.S. would have such a Fascist, short sighted ignorant law preventing change backed up by science goes against logic, the meaning of Intelligence then the Foundation of our Country, Freedom. The NCI is an arm of the Federal Gov’t, ergo the positive Cannabis KILLS Cancer posting you refer to was removed within a 2 hour period on NCI’s website. I read it before it was removed. Later that afternoon I went to email it and it was gone. Somewhere I read that it had been removed approx 2 Hrs after they posted it. But it IS TRUE. CANNABIS KILLS CANCER ON A CELLULAR LEVEL. CANNABIS STOPS THE BLOOD FLOW TO CANCEROUS TUMORS CAUSING THEIR DEATH. CANNABIS REPROGRAMS CANCEROUS CELLS TO SELF DESTRUCT WHILE ALSO REPROGRAMMING OLD CELLS TO SELF DESTRUCT BEFORE THEY ALSO BECOME CANCEROUS. CAUSING NO HARM TO THE SURROUNDING CELLS.
