14 and 15 SEPTEMBER 2012
With this letter, we would like to invite you all to attend the International Cannabis Social Forum that will be held on September 14 and 15, in FICOBA CENTRE, IRUN. The debates on this Forum will deal with the legal, social and political roadmap towards normalization of cannabis in the Basque Country, with the objective of providing a wider view and more profound knowledge to the social debate that is currently going on.
Coordination, organization and logistics will be in charge of EUSFAC (BASQUE FEDERATION OF ASSOCIATIONS OF CANNABIS CONSUMERS).
AIMS OF THE FORUM:
1- To inform about cannabis-related aspects from a social point of view, as a matter of public health and considering the rights of cannabis consumers.
2- To learn about different experiences with cannabis regularization or normalization across the world.
3- To inform about current drug policies, their impact and effectiveness.
4- To provide tools of knowledge to apply in the technical debate about cannabis regularization.
5- To create a continuous framework for reflection that is open to everyone.
6- To create a meeting point for international cannabis experts.
7- To produce a written record and a DVD on the experience

HOW TO ATTEND THE FORUM
At the same time as the Forum takes place, EXPO GROW will also be held in FICOBA. This fair is a meeting point for the cannabis related industry in the region.
There will be lots of activities such as a music festival and a sample fair.
To attend the Forum, a pre-inscription must be made at the Expo Grow webpage www.expogrow.es, before the 10th of September, as the number of participants will be limited to 300. Accreditation will be given out on Friday 14 September.
The open debate session that will be held in the EUSFAC tent outside the event will be open to everyone; accreditation will not be necessary.
