Ana co-founded MCC (Cannabis Catalan Movement) and REMA (Network of Anti-Prohibitionist Spanish Women), contributing to the development of structured civil society platforms focused on drug policy reform.
She served on the Executive Committee of La MACA Barcelona and CatFAC (Catalonia Federation of Cannabis Social Clubs). In these roles, she participated in regulatory dialogue with public authorities, supported institutional relations, and contributed to policy and legislative proposals concerning cannabis regulation.
Alongside her organisational leadership, she continues her academic engagement in Political Science and Drug Policy. Her work focuses on governance models, regulatory design, and citizen participation within reform processes.
Within ENCOD, she contributes to strategic planning, documentation standards, and coordination across European member networks.
