Enrico has contributed more than 300 articles to the cannabis and drug policy reform movement. Through translations and editorial work, he has supported the dissemination of reform-oriented perspectives across multiple European contexts.

He has been active within the Italian anti-prohibition movement, including involvement in the M.D.M.A. (Mass Movement Against Prohibition).

Over the years, he has written for several European and international publications, including Il Manifesto, Liberazione, Illecito (Switzerland), Hanf!, Grow, Hanfjournal (Germany), Soft Secrets (Netherlands), and Legalizace (Czech Republic).

In recent years, he has also served as Italy correspondent for Leafly (United States), contributing analysis on regulatory developments and policy change.

Within ENCOD, he contributes research insight, media analysis, and long-term perspective on European reform processes.
