The complaint is filed according to article 39 in regulations of the European Court to be treated as urgent due to long-term and repetitive violations of the articles 2 and 3 (i.e. the right to life and the prohibition of torture) of the European Convention on Human Rights, documented to the Court already in the previous season also by medics and expert witnesses.
