BELGIAN JUSTICE INTENDS TO SILENCE CANNABIS SOCIAL CLUB
On Thursday, 28th of January, 2010, the Antwerp Court of Appeal (Waalse Kaai 35A, 13e Room, Hall B, from 09.00 hs) dealt with the courtcase in appeal on the verdict against Trekt Uw Plant that was sentenced in february 2009 by the local Antwerp court. The case was scheduled earlier on 1st and 15th of October 2009, but on the request of the prosecutor general, it was postponed twice.
The verdict was known on 25 February 2010.
BELGISCH GERECHT ZET TREKT UW PLANT EEN HAK
Op donderdag 28 januari 2010 diende voor het Hof van Beroep in Antwerpen (Waalse Kaai 35A, 13e kamer, zaal B, vanaf 9 uur) de beroepszaak tegen de veroordeling van de vzw Trekt Uw Plant die in februari 2009 werd uitgesproken door de Rechtbank van Eerste Aanleg. De zaak zou eerder behandeld worden op 1 en 15 oktober 2009 maar tot twee keer toe vroeg de procureur om uitstel.
De uitspraak viel op 25 februari
