The German Health Ministry has been forced, by a verdict in the Federal Administrative Court, to allow a patient in Mannheim to cultivate up to 130 cannabis plants a year, in order to guarantee their access to therapy. This special permit is valid only while his therapy costs can’t be accounted for.

Un verdict de la Cour Administrative Fédérale allemande a obligé le Ministère de la Santé allemand à autoriser un patient de la ville de Mannheim de cultiver jusqu’à 130 plants de cannabis par an, pour lui garantir l’accès au médicament dont il a besoin. Ce permis spécial n’est valide que tant que ses frais thérapeutiques ne peuvent être pris en compte par l’état allemand.
