CODE DE CONDUITE POUR UN CANNABIS SOCIAL CLUB EUROPEEN

Encod présente un code de conduite pour les Clubs Sociaux du Cannabis en Europe. Ce code a été élaboré par des membres d’Encod d’Allemagne, d’Autriche, de Belgique, d’Espagne, de France, de Grèce, d’Italie, du Royaume-Uni et de la République Tchèque. Certains d’entre eux sont impliqués actuellement dans la préparation de CSC qui pourront s’établir dès lors que la législation sur la culture du cannabis pour usage personnel le permettra. V pondělí 4. listopadu 2013 spustila Policie ČR bezprecedentní akci, jejímž cílem je zřejmě likvidace growshopů, tj. obchodů s potřebami pro pěstování rostlin. Tyto obchody nabízejí zcela legální produkty, zejména pěstební techniku, substráty, hnojiva a semínka rostlin. Při celorepublikové razii bylo policisty bez varování vybrakováno více než 50 takovýchto obchodů, které legálně fungují po mnoho let. To vše na základě pochybného paragrafu o šíření toxikománie a judikátu Nejvyššího soudu z roku 2012, kdy byli k podmíněnému trestu za šíření toxikománie odsouzeni majitelé jednoho květinářství.
The freedom to grow – SAY NO TO A POLICE STATE!
On Monday, November 4th, 2013, the Police of the Czech Republic launched an unprecedented operation evidently aimed at liquidating growshops, i.e. shops with accessories for growing plants. These shops offer entirely legal products, mainly growing technology, substrates, fertilizer and plant seeds. During the state-wide raid, more than 50 such shops that have been in business legally for many years had been cleared out by policemen without warning. All this based on a questionable legal article concerning the spreading of toxicomania (spreading of non alcoholic drug abuse) and a judicial decision of the Supreme Court from 2012 by which the owners of a garden store were given a suspended sentence for spreading toxicomania.
Pressemitteilung zur Razzia der Growshops in der Tschechischen Republik
Am Montag, den 4. November hat die Polizei der Tschechischen Republik eine unerwartete Operation gestartet, die offensichtlich auf die Schliessung der Growshops zielte, also Läden, die Equipment zum Anbau von Pflanzen anbieten. Diese Läden verkaufen völlig legale Produkte, hauptsächlich Anbauprodukte, Dünger und Pflanzensamen. Die landesweiten Razzia gegen mehr als 50 solcher Läden wurde ohne Vorwarnung durchgeführt. Viele dieser Läden haben seit vielen Jahren ihre Geschäfte ordentlich geführt.
