The global war on drugs has failed and international policy requires radical reform to remove outmoded, unscientific thinking, according to a major new report from the London School of Economics and Political Science which has been endorsed by President Santos of Colombia.

KWEEKVRIJHEID EN CANNABIS SOCIAL CLUBS VOOR MENSEN DIE CANNABIS ALS MEDICIJN GEBRUIKEN
De Europese Coalitie voor Rechtvaardig en Effectief Drugbeleid roept de deelnemers van de conferentie over « Farmalogische vooruitgang en therapeutisch gebruik van cannabis als medicijn » (Europees Parlement op 19 oktober 2012) op om de decriminalisering van de kweek van cannabis voor eigen gebruik te steunen.
