O que realmente está acontecendo é bem diferente da imagem pintada pelos jornais. “Não há nenhuma decisão ainda. É a intenção do atual governo fazer isso. Debates parlamentares vão ocorrer neste outono, e mesmo que o Parlamento aprove, eu acho que haverá muitas possibilidades para processos na justiça, porque este é essencialmente um caso de discriminação”, explica Joep Oomen, coordenador da ENCOD.
