L’instance en appel que Trekt Uw Plant (Tire Ton Plant ) a entamé contre le jugement en première instance du 25 avril 2007 et qui devait avoir lieu aujourd’hui jeudi 24 janvier 2008 à la Cour d’appel au Waalse Kaai à Anvers a été reporté au jeudi 12 juin à 10 heures.

Normally, today, January 24th, there would have been held a courtcase in appeal that the association Trekt Uw Plant/Draw Up Your Plant and 5 of its members have initiated against the verdict against them of April 25th 2007. But due to urgent matters the Court of Appeal has decided to postpone the case until Thursday June 12th, 2008, at 10 AM.

Normaal gezien zou vandaag, 24 januari, de zaak in hoger beroep hebben gediend die vzw Trekt Uw Plant en 5 van haar leden hebben aangespannen tegen het vonnis van 25 april 2007. Vanwege drukke zaken op de rechtbank heeft het Hof besloten deze zaak uit te stellen tot donderdag 12 juni 2008, om 10 uur.
