A lo largo de dos días y con la presencia de actores centrales de la política, la salud y la justicia, la V Conferencia Nacional sobre Políticas de Drogas organizada por Intercambios Asociación Civil promovió un fuerte debate sobre modelos de tratamiento a usuarios de drogas y sobre los roles de la legislación y la justicia argentina en la persecución al narcotráfico.
