Italien: Höchstes Gericht erlaubt Cannabisanbau auf Terrassen und Balkonen
Das höchste Gericht von Italien hat am Dienstag geurteilt, dass Bürger Marihuana auf ihren Balkonen oder Terrassen anbauen dürfen. Eine solche Menge “könne keinen Schaden erzeugen”, sagte der Kassationshof.
