I call for your support for the Petition ID 16782 in the German Federal Parliament for cultivation and trade of industrial hemp. The aim of the petition is to make the cultivation and trade with industrial hemp easier for farmers. In Germany we have strong regulations regarding production and processing of industrial hemp. To take away this barrier we request the removal of §24a in the German Narcotics Law, which is the duty of disclosure of cultivation.

Ziel der Petition ist, dass der Anbau und Handel mit Nutzhanf für die Landwirte in Deutschland ohne Beschränkungen und Bürokratie möglich ist. Dazu muss der §24a des Betäubungsmittelgesetzes (Anzeige des Anbaus von Nutzhanf) komplett gestrichen werden.
